perimeter of a square = 4 × (length of any one side)

using this formula:

  • 4 * side = 92
  • side = 92/4
  • side = 23 cm

The perimeter is the sum of the 4 sides.

The 4 sides of a square are all the same.

Divide the perimeter by 4:

92/4 = 23

The side length is 23 cm.
