g= -16x^2 +16x + 14 (going based on the picture, not your typing)
First solve the first equation for z:
g-14=4z
(g-14)/4=z
Then plug that in for z in the second equation and solve for g:
(g-14)/4 = 4x-4x^2
g-14=16x-16x^2
g= -16x^2 +16x + 14
