answer is 16 cm =8 cm
8 cm = 4 cm
32 cm = 16 cm
4 cm = 2 cm

It’s 8 because in a diameter there are 2 parts so you divided 16 by 2 and u will get 8 and when u add 8 and 8 u get 16.
