Explanation:

there are 10 possible digits, 0, 1, 2, ... 9

only 5 are under five, which are 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4.

so it's 5/10, or 1/2

5/5 is including all the numbers but without 5 ,probably 4/5 I’m not sure about digits
