\tt slope=m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

\tt =(20-2)/(6-0)=3

equation:

y-y₁ = m(x-x₁), for point (0,2)

y-2 = 3(x-0)

y-2 = 3x

y = 3x+2
