Answer: 2 numbers

Explanation:

Since we are looking for even numbers, 0 and 2 must be the last number.

So if we have 0 at the end, there are 6 possibilities:

2350, 2530, 3250, 3520, 5230, 5320. None of these are less than 1000.

But, if we have 2 at the end, then we have 6 possibilities again:

0352, 0532, 3052, 3502, 5032, 5302. Only two of these are less than 1000.

So the only possibilities are 0350 and 0530, and so there are 2 possibilities.
