The full height is 20, and the height of the parallelogram is 10. So that means the triangles height is 20-10=10. The top and bottom sides of a parallelogram are the same, so the base of the triangle is 18-(6+5)=7. So the area of the triangle is (7x10)/2=35. The area of a parallelogram can be count that same way as a regular rectangle. So 18x10=180. Putting those two together, 35+180=215.
