I don’t understand what to do because this is worded very strangely. Could somebody help?

In a survey, 200 college students were asked whether they live on campus and if they own a car. Their responses are
summarized in the following table

Is there evidence that college students who don't own a car tend to not live on campus more than students who live on
campus?

A. Yes, because the percentage of students who don't own a car and don't live on campus is greater than the percentage of students who
don't own a car and live on campus.

B. Yes, because the percentage of students who don't own a car and don't live on campus is less than the percentage of students who
don't own a car and live on campus.

C. No, because the percentage of students who don't own a car and don't live on campus is less than the percentage of students who
don't own a car and live on campus.

D. No, because the percentage of students who don't own a car and don't live on campus is greater than the percentage of students who
don't own a car and live on campus.

The correct answer is C.

If you look at the table, you’ll see that most people without a car live on campus, meaning the percentage of no-car-off-campus is less than the percentage of no-car-on-campus
