5x + 6y + 1

Explanation:

You are also simplifing and collecting the like terms. 3x + 2x = 5x. So that goes first as it appears first in the equation. Secondly, 2y + 4y = 6y, and that adds on to the previous answer. So far we have 5x + 6y. Now just add te 1, as it has no like value.
