The secant- secant angle x is half the difference of the intercepted arcs

The 4 arcs in the circle sum to 360° then

PQ = 360 - (104 + 104 + 111) = 360 - 319 = 41 , then

x =
(1)/(2) (RS - PQ) =
(1)/(2) (111 - 41) = 0.5 × 70 = 35
