separate the two figures into a flat cylinder and a flat box

Volume of a cylinder=
\pi r^(2) h

where radius= 3ft and height= 3ft

therefore


=\pi (3)^(2) (3) \\= 84.8 ft^(3)

now for the flat box:

volume of box=
w*l*h

where width= 6ft, length= 16ft, height= 13ft

therefore


=(6)(16)(13)\\=1248 ft^(3)

now add the volume of the cylinder and box together


84.8 + 1248\\= 1332.8 ft^(3)
