Since 4 is not between x degree and the right angle, it is the opposite
7 is the longest side (hypothenuse)
Given opposite and hypothenuse, you can use sine to find the degree
Sin = opposite/hypothenuse
sin^-1(4/7) = 34.84990458

The solution is 34.8 (rounded to tenth)
