In my community, we have no regulations related to noise... all night long neighbors blast their music, drive up and down the road and slam their doors. My community is relatively a very stressful community and the police do not even want to help when they get called in. My community is different from others, my community is stressful and a good part of my community has to be illegal not in the citizenship way though.
