Solution :

We know, energy in capacitor is given by :


E = (CV^2)/(2)

So,


V = \sqrt{(2E)/(C)}\\\\V = \sqrt{(2* 0.45)/(10)}\ \mu V\\\\V = 0.3 \ \mu V

Therefore, voltage required is
0.3 \ \mu V .
