Descending order intercept : y = 5x + 4 , y = 4x + 3 , y = 3x + 2 , y = 2x + 1

Explanation:

Linear Equations are in form of 'y = mx + b'.

Here, b is y intercept & it represents autonomous ie constant value of y irrespective of value of x. And, m represents slope ie change in y due to change in x.

Eg : 'y = 2x + 1' has least y intercept ie common autonomous value ie 1. y = 3x + 2 , y = 4x + 3 , y = 5x + 4 ; these have higher & higher y intercepts respectively.

Arrangement from greatest to highest intercept (descending order of intercept) of above : y = 5x + 4 , y = 4x + 3 , y = 3x + 2 , y = 2x + 1
