Computation:

Curved surface area of cylinder = [2/3][Total surface area of cylinder]

2πrh = [2/3][2πr(h + r)]

h = 2h/3 +[2/3][6]

h - 2h/3 = 4

[3h - 2h] / 3 = 4

h = 12

Height of cylinder = 12 cm
