The square of the binomial x+1 one hundred and twenty greater than the square of the binomial x-3?

Lets , find the value of x :


→(x + 1)² = (x - 3)² + 120


→x² + 2x + 1 = x² - 6x + 9 + 120


→2x + 6x = 129 - 1


→8x = 128


→x = (128)/(8)


→x = 6
