If the pentagon is translated 7 units up and 5 units left, it is still the same size, it's just in a different position. The attached picture shows shows a translation in which the shape moves, but remains the same size. (I couldn't find one with a pentagon)

Because they are the same size, C'D'E'F'G' has the same perimeter as CDEFG.

I think it's "the same" or "equal to." I didn't define a specific answer because I'm not sure if they gave you any options, but the pentagons are the same size.
