Explanation:

If 20% of the workers is equal to 30 workers than in order to find 100% of the worker you need to multiply the percentage with a number that makes it 100% and then multiply that number to the 30 workers so

20% * 5 = 100%

30 * 5 = 150

so 100% of the workers is equal to 150 workers
