Mrs. Holder drove through a total of 36 intersections on her way home from school last week. At 4 of every 16 intersections, Mrs. Holder had to stop for a red light before she could drive through. At how many intersections did Mrs. Holder have to stop for a red light?

I got 8. Because 36/16 is basically 2 and every 4 of 16 would be 8. But it could also be 9
