When do you think violence is justified in global politics? what conditions need to be present or terms violated before violence is acceptable? or do you believe that violence is never acceptable?

I think violence is never acceptable. UNLESS THE OPPONENT STARTS IT FIRST. BECAUSE THEN WE NEED TO REPLY BY VIOLENCE, if they don't understand by simpler means.
