Area = L * w Substitute into formula

294 - 3x * 2x Combine the right and switch

6x^2 = 294 Divide by 6

x^2 = 294/6

√x^2 = √49

x = 7

w = 2*7 = 2x = 14

L = 3*7 = 3x =21
