I'm not a bot but the answer is

y = -2x + 7

Explanation:

The slope of the new line is m = -2 and it goes through (3, 1). The equation for this is

y = -2x + b ----> 1 = (-2)(3) + b or b = 7

Therefore, the equation has the form

y = -2x + 7
