I think this information might be helpful and it might be answer A. However, if you go beyond a week without activity, you begin to encounter undergo the effects of “detraining” (also called deconditioning). A phenomenon in which you lose the beneficial effects of training. As opposed to taking a break and recovery, detraining is an expanded rest interlude that results in lessen physical fitness.
