In this unit, you explored different types of media that people use to communicate information. You learned about print media, broadcast media, and Internet media.

Choose a type of media that you think you could live without. Why do you think that you don't need this type of media in your life? What don’t you like about it, or what makes it less useful than other types of media?

Next, choose a type of media that you think you couldn't live without. Why do you think that you need to have this type of media in your life? What aspects of this type of media appeal to you? What would you do to make this type of media even better and more useful to you?

I'm sorry if it was late but here're some examples for the question.

1. I could live without print media because I really don’t like to read unless I need to for my schoolwork. I think other types of media are more interesting.

I don’t think I could live without internet media because I use internet-based radio and television a lot. I really like listening to music on my Alexa and watching Netflix on my TV. To make it better, I would like the internet to never glitch.

2. I think that radios I could live without. I think I could live without radios because it's too old and my family doesn't use them anymore. I wouldn't say I like the radio and it's pretty useless because the radio echo is annoying and it can only listen to music or news.

I think that TVs I couldn't live without. I think I couldn't live without TVs because it's very modern and my family uses it a lot. I like TVs and it's pretty useful because TVs have many options to choose from to watch and to listen to some music and it's colorful. I would add some 3D animations for films, gameshows, etc. to increase the experience of watching TV.

3. I think I can live without broadcast media because I don't watch TV much and I don't really use it. I always go outside shopping and travel, and when I'm at home I just play games and chat with my friends so I don't really need broadcast media. I can't live without digital media because I am always on the internet and always use social media so I cannot live without digital media.
