A point has coordinates (-3, 0). Where is it located in the coordinate plan?

You already answered yourself. If its coordinates are (-3,0) then it's located at (-3,0) on the graph. It's on the x-axis between quadrant 2 and quadrant 3. It's 3 units away from the origin of the graph.

it is located in the y axis.
