slope is y=2x
the first point is at (0,0) and the second point is at (2,1), you must go up 2 and over one to get from the first point to the second one, making the slope 2/1, or 2.

-1/2 !! because you’re going up 1 and right 2. and the line is facing the right so it is a negative slope
