Explanation:

In trigonometry, we make use of the ACTS initials to get which quadrant has it's sine, cosine or tangent functions as negative or positive.

In quadrant 1, it is denoted by A meaning All of sine, cosine and tangent functions are positive

In quadrant 2, it is denoted by C to mean that only cosine is positive i.e. greater than 0.

In quadrant 3,it is denoted by T to mean that only cosine is positive i.e. greater than 0.

In quadrant 4, it is denoted by S to mean that only sine is positive i.e. greater than 0.

Thus, comparing all above with the question, we can say that;
