The trig ratio you would use is inverse cosine or
cos^(-1).

Cos is adjacent/hypotenuse

So, the ratio you would use is
cos^(-1)
(2)/(5).

Insert this in a calculator which come out to be 66.421821522.

But you have to round, so you answer is 66.4.
