x: 12 9 6 3

y: 11 8 5 2

Explanation:

Every box is the previous number minus 3. For x, they say to start with 15 and subtract 3, so the first box is 15-3. The second box is the previous box, 12, minus 3 and so on. Y is done the same way. Hope this is helpful :)
