The atmosphere is the part of Earth were all the gases are contained.

These two are related because the hydrosphere is inside the atmosphere.

The hydrosphere goes down below sea level, because of several trenches and other holes like the Mariana trench. The hydrosphere also goes around 20 kilometres in the air because of clouds.
