Chemical symbol is

As per instability in nucleus it is unstable so it decays beta particles.

Its Deuterium

D_2 O or heavy water is used in nuclear reactors

Answer:

Tritium is the isotope of hydrogen which is radioactive.

Deuterium is the isotope of hydrogen which contains equal number of protons and neutrons.
