7(y-9)=y+3

7y-63=y+3

7y-63+63=y+3+63

add da numbers

7y-63+63=y+3+63

7y=7+3+63

7y=y+66

7y=y+66

7y-y=y+66-y

7y-y=y+66-y

6y=y+66-y

6y=66

:
(6y)/(6) =(66)/(6)

66/6=11

answer=11
