Answer: y=25x+150

Step-by-step explanation: 1.Pick 2 points from the "trend line"; (0,150) and (4,250) 2. The equation for slope is y2-y1/x2-x1, therefore the slope for this line is 250-150/4-0 which is equal to 25 3. Since one of the points we chose is already the y intercept you do not have to solve for it. If you did need to solve for it, you would just plug it into y=mx+b which would get you 250=25(4)+b and you would solve for b algebraically. Either way you would get a y-intercept of 150.
