Answer:

8 + 4 = 12

12 x 3 = 36

36 divided by 2 = 18

18 x 2 = 36

9 x 3.7 = 33.3

33.3 x 2 = 66.6

9 x 8 = 72

4 x 9 = 36

Now lets add all given areas:

36 + 66.6 + 72 + 36 = 210.6 cm2 is your answer.
