Let AB be the height of electric tower and BC be its base.

it forms a right angled triangle

so

base=BC=50ft

hypotenuse =AC=?

perpendicular=AB=200ft

by using Pythagoras law

h²=p²+b²

AC²=200²+50²

AC=√42500

AC=206.15ft

206.15ft is the length of wire.
