Using the method of FOIL (First Outside Inside Last) write this in expanded form:

⇒ First multiply 10 with "a"

=> 10 (a + b)

⇒ Then multiply 10 with "b"

=> 10 (a + b)

⇒ Combine both together:

=> 10a + 10b
