Answer:

y = 0.20m + 10, 100 minutes

Explanation:

Equation: y = mx + b

Fill it in.

m = slope = 0.20

b = y-intercept = 10

y = 0.20x + 10 (They wanted the variable to be m. So, changing that.)

y = 0.20m + 10

Fill in.

30 = 0.20m + 10

Solve.

20 = 0.20m

100 = m

She was on the phone for 100 minutes.
