The divisor would be between 5 and 49. So I chose 38. 38x20 is 760. 760+ 10 (which is the remainder) is 770.

Therefore, The divisor would be 38 and the dividend would be 770.

Have a great day!

I hope it helps!

Answer:

y = 10x

(x is a set of odd numbers between 11 and 99)

Explanation:

Given;

divisor = 20

remainder, = 10

let the 3 - digits dividend = y

let the quotient = x

Arranging all in mixed fraction;

(y)/(20) = x(10)/(20) \\\\(y)/(20) = (10x)/(20) \\\\(y)/(20) = (x)/(2) \\\\2y = 20x\\\\y = 10x

where x = 11, 13, 15, 17, 19 - - - - - - - 99
