First we know that line D is parallel to line C. So the slope must be the same. We also know that line D must pass through (-4, -4). I would recommend using Desmos to graph just to visualize.

Here we see the line and the point. So we need to create a line that goes through that point and has the same slope.

So use point-slope

(Y-(-4)=4/3(x-(-4))
Y+4=4/3x + 16/3
Y = 4/3X + 16/3 - 12/3
Y = 4/3X + 4/3
