Answer 1 :-

  • We can use those terms for defining the internal injuries related to the body that caused due to accidents, excessive exercise, dehydration etc.
  • Well, When we do excessive exercise then latic acid + energy is produced in our body which results in heating up the muscle/body
  • So , For cure these cramps, sprain, fracture we should take a nap/rest for sometime or rubbing ice or hot water bag on that injured area.

  • For example :- Sprain in ankle is the stretching of ligaments presented between joints whereas, cramps and fractures are pain in muscle and cracks in bones .
