Height of the trapezium = 5in

Therefore,

Area of the trapezium


= (1)/(2) * sum \: of \: parallel \: sides * height


= (1)/(2) * (7 + 3)in * 5in


= (1)/(2) * 10in * 5in

= 5in × 5in


= {25in}^(2)

Hence,

Area if the trapezium is 25 square inches (Ans)
