15 add all the results up and get 28 then divide 5 by 28 and get 0.178 now multiply by 81 and get 14.5 which rounds to 15

Answer:

D 15 is the most reasonable prediction of the number of times chocolate is selected if only 81 students are surveyed.

Explanation:

all Talley's together equal to 28. there is 5 chocolate out of the 28 Talley's.

5/28 = 0.178571429

0.178571429*81 = 14.4642857

so around 15 times. (I think)

Have a nice day!
