x - 2y = 0
x = 2y
2x+ y = 5
Replace x
2(2y) + y = 5
4y + y = 5
5 y = 5
y = 5/5 = 1
x - 2y = 0
x - 2(1) = 0
x - 2 = 0
x = 2
x=2 and y=1
