No

One is horizontal lines

That should be in this form

  • y=a

a is any number

A line is vertical

  • x=b

Look at both equations

a and b are not equal plus there is no x in horizontal line and no y in vertical line.

There is nothing to substitute

The solution will come (b,a)

Answer:

  • No

Explanation:

Horizontal line:

  • y = k

Vertical line:

  • x = m

The intersection is (m, k)

No substitution is possible, as no variables to substitute
