All I did was 12.9x3.4 to get 43.8

Volume = 49.7pi

The volume of a cone can be found with the following equation

$V = r^2(h)/(3) \pi$

From here we can solve the equation

$V = 3.4^2(12.9)/(3) \pi \\V = 11.56 * 4.3 \pi \\V = 49.7 \pi$
