Part B: Starting from the origin, explain how to plot the following three points accurately (1,-1) (-1.1.25) (-2,3).

Reference point is the origin for below.

  • (1,-1) - go right by 1 unit and down by 1 unit, plot the point
  • (-1.1.25)- go left by 1 unit and up by 1.25 or 1 and 1/4 units, plot the point
  • (-2,3) - go left by 2 units and up by 3 units and plot the point
