The resume for the for auditions include headshots which are pictures of yourself. You also need to describe your physical attributes for example hair color, eye color, voice range , and skills. Always put your information. Make sure it’s easy to read. It’s like job resume but asked for different experience. This one is for stage, voice range, and if you have done it before.
