Explanation:

For multiplying fractions, just multiply the numerators by eachother and the denominators by eachother. (The number on top being the numerator and the number on bottom being the denominator.)

3 × 4 = 12 and 8 × 15 = 120, so your answer so far is 12/120.

Divide 12 and 120 by something that goes into both of them, I'll do 6, and you get 2/20. 2/20 is equal to 1/10, which is the lowest you can go, therefore being the final answer. (If you are allowed to simplify, just put 12/120 as your answer.)
