Why do "mockbusters" get around the issue of copyright infringement? Why do you think they make movies like this? How do designers approach these assignments?

They get around copyright infringement by changing the title and the names of the characters. They do this so they can rip people off. Designers approach these assignments by critiequing the movie and seeing what's wrong with the movies.
